Keeping in Touch with New Carriers
Our commercial team ask/send price list accordingly with the margin discussed with customer. We also control it to avoid to charge incorrect rates or extra pays for suppliers.
Total Invoice Management
We check incoming invoices to verify the amount, our financial team also provide outgoing invoice details, rate-list, and service provided as it is stated in our agreements. If any disputes rise we fix it and prevent it from happening again.
Complete Technical Oversight
After studying the scenario our IT technical analyst team order the equipments, keep contact with the providers, set up the system configuration, make test sessions and monitor the systems to prevent service interruption. We also log everything and create backups so the data is always safe. Thanks to our experience we prevent the troubles, but in case of trouble we can manage it on both first and second levels.
